Tule Springs

Located just south of I-215, Tule Springs encompasses more than 1,200 acres and will include about 8,500 homes upon buildout. 

Tule Springs broke ground in 2017 and is now completing phase one of the development plan. Initial builders include Lennar, KB Homes, and Tri Pointe Homes, and the community will feature seven new home neighborhoods.
